Delivery fees are an additional cost that (The Lessee) will incur and be will be notified at the time of booking. The rental(s) must be ready for collection, at the latest, by 7pm EST (during the months of March to September) and 6pm EST (during the months of October to February) of your booking day. Should you require our rentals longer than this, you are required to select a two-day option on checkout which includes an ‘extended booking’ fee.
Delivery will be to the street address as specified by you (The Lessee), prior to the event start time you have stated within your booking. The Lessee grants Proparazzi Party Rentals LLC (The Lessor) the right to enter the property at the agreed street address for the delivery and subsequent setup and pick up of rentals. After your order has been successfully approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email. We will contact you again, prior to your event, confirming a delivery and setup timeframe.
The Lessee start of responsibility for our equipment remains with the (The Lessee) from the time of delivery until the time of return/pickup. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Charges will be assessed for lost, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning & repair. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred for non-usage. All (Lessee) are REQUIRED to have a valid credit card on file along with copy of current ID as security for any potential damage or loss.
Prior to your event, we ask that you please ensure there is adequate space for our rentals, so that accessible is easy and you have cleared the area of debris for safety measures. For the hygiene, health and safety of our crew, our equipment and our customers, delivery and installment of your rentals will not proceed should there be animal feces, furniture or debris located in the delivery or setup path or location of our rentals and your booking fee will be FORFEITED and/or (The Lessee) will incur a $150 charge. We will be unable to provide a credit if we cannot deliver your product(s) due to a lack of space, accessibility, hygiene or due to an inappropriate location.
Should we be unable to provide your delivery due to bad weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor beyond our control, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a resolution as per our policies.
